About
I am a Dutch software engineer located in Groningen, the Netherlands dedicated to learning and teaching Java.
I gained experience from working at an enterprise environment where I used Java intensively. Since 2014, I worked together with excellent engineers in the Netherlands, developing Java applications.
During my time as an in-house developer, I designed, developed and implemented solutions for data masking large datasets and wrote several front- and back-end web applications to support collections processes to help people with financial difficulties.
Currently, I am a self-employed developer helping customers in creating their MVP’s, improving and maintaining existing code bases and creating scalable Java applications.
Values and mission
My eagerness to learn and focus on customer needs, are what makes me successful in what I do.
When working for a client, I focus on listening to their needs and understanding their business, so I can give the best advice that I can.
I also believe that knowing at least the basics of programming can give people an edge in their lives. In this age of information, it has never been a better time to start learning some basic programming. By offering courses and programs for eager learners, I want to offer people the knowledge and skills needed to utilise IT in their favor.
